Join me and a host of other women at the Women's Wellness Weekend to recalibrate and re-light that FIRE within! We've combined outdoor connection and adventure with fitness, wellness & discovery. Because we believe in disconnecting from the outisde world and reconnecting to the earth and internal world. ++++ This is meant to be a soulful, intimate experience, only 20 spots available. ++++ Details: Friday afternoon - October 22nd - Check in after 5:30 pm Arrival; welcome cocktail; yoga; farm fresh dinner Saturday, October 23rd & Sunday, October 24th - Check out at Noon 1 1/2 days filled with strength training, yoga, meditation, hiking, play with the animals (cows, miniature donkeys, goats, pigs, chickens, guinea fowl, a rabbit, dog and 3 barn cats!), eating, drinking, dancing, - as well as a Purpose Workshop!
