Prospera Property Management is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician and Porter positions in multiple cities: New Braunfels, Seguin, Austin, San Antonio, Kingsville, Corpus Christi, Edinburg and Harlingen TX Must maintain buildings and common areas in the best possible condition for the assigned property. May perform various duties of maintenance tasks include caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial, landscaping and HVAC maintenance. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (if hired- must pass Background check and Drug Screening) Maintenance Technician: High school diploma/GED preferred but not required Five years of experience in the multi-family housing industry preferred. Environmental Protection Agency Section 608 Certification required or obtain within one year of employment.
