Handyman needed side jobs

Hi, From time to time I need different handyman's to do different jobs for a home I have. Its a trailer. I need a few more who know how to do side jobs this is a variety of things. Currently I need someone to take out mold and do replacement of the the wall and paneling inside and outside the home basically replace that area only what needs to be replaced. To remove a cooler and put a new one on and to also find one. To do possible roof repair under a cooler that's one job I need done right now. There's different jobs every time. Last time was to bring a new water heater sometimes you have to go pick it up whether it is refurbished one or not. This job I need to do sooner than later so please email me if this is something you are qualified to do. I want to mention something I've been in this business a long time now it came down the line of a family of hard workers. I know how much parts and labor cost we've been doing this a long time. You will not be able to pull the wool over my eyes. I am very laid back but serious when it comes to be able to call you and ask your availability & dependability and have you look at pictures or make a trip out to see the job and quote me. Also if you are a big company please don't contact me only if you working off the clock and want to do a side job and fairly price me. I like to pay fair no problem but being ripped off is something different.
