TAMPA, FL — Tampa police are seeking information on the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man at the River Oaks Apartments Wednesday. Police were called to the 6700 block of Woodville Street at 11:11 p.m. after residents reported shots fired. When they arrived, they found the 19-year-old with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he died. Police say it appears the man was targeted, although the investigation is still early.
