FINAL MUG CLUB EXCLUSIVE NIGHT We invite all Mug Club Members to attend our final Mug Club Exclusive Night on Tuesday, October 12 from 6pm-9pm! It’s going to be a fun filled night for all! We have live music for the evening by The Wild Honey Collective, from Lansing, Michigan! You do not want to miss seeing this awesome band as they travel through Cambridge Springs, making a special stop at RBC just for this event!! The four members are long time musicians with ties to Michigan and beyond. With their long and diverse background, the Wild Honey Collective’s extensive catalog includes original folk and Americana songs, traditional folk songs, classic country and country rock songs by the likes of Bob Dylan, The Byrds, John Prine, Jerry Garcia, Neil Young, The Carter Family, Buck Owens, The Rolling Stones, Merle Haggard, and the Everly brothers! You don’t want to miss this talented group play! We also will be giving out details about our 2022 Mug Club memberships, along with some fun events we have planned for that! You will also be able to renew your membership this night and be the first renewals for 2022! If you have any friends or family - please feel free to bring them along for the evening! Show them what our Mug Club is all about!! They will also have the chance to pre-register for Mug Club 2022 if they would like to join! Make sure to include them in your reservation number! We have a new Executive Chef; Geoffrey Rhoades, who has been at RBC since June! He has brought some wonderful ideas to implement in our menu and has also created a brand new menu of his own! If you haven’t had a chance to come and try it yet - this is your shot!! We have also promoted one of our original kitchen staff members; Sara Petruolo, to Sous Chef! Sara has been using her creativity and talent to execute all of our pizza specials and desserts throughout the summer!! Chef Sara and Chef Geoff have created a delicious three course meal for you for this one evening only. Our regular menu is also available - but you should really try out this three course masterpiece! The three course meal will cost $45 and includes: Arugula Beet Salad, Bouillabaisse (Fish stew which includes potatoes, leeks, cod, shrimp, calamari, clams, mussels and is served with a grilled baguette) and a delicious seasonal apple crisp skillet for dessert! *Please pre order this three course meal when making your reservation - payment is not needed until the evening of the event* We also have expanded our brewing team throughout the summer. Spencer Harding is our new Head of Brewing Operations, Russ Beattie is our Brewery Maintenance Technician and our very own RBC Bartender, Trent Merry is our new Brewery Cellarman!
