What’s going on?) “Chalo” means “let’s go” in Hindi and “cookup” is derived from “cookup rice,” a classic Guyanese rice and beans dish. Founded by Anushka Lall of @cookingwanushka with the vision to showcase “east meets west'' Indian cuisine and street food that brings people together in the Twin Cities.
