Leslie Hyde, Koppers first-ever Chief Sustainability Officer, leads these efforts, and will offer her thoughts and insights on how the company continues to explore new and more meaningful ways to achieve business success by putting the care of people, environment and community first. A recipient of the National Association of Manufacturing’s STEP Ahead Award in 2020, Leslie also will share her experience in navigating various roles within the manufacturing industry.
