Happy Thursday, neighbors! Now I am lactose intolerant but like any good Wisconsin transplant, I am in full denial of this condition. You can catch me eating handfuls of shredded cheese throughout the day and replacing meals with haphazardly-made, DIY charcuterie boards. Keeping in this spirit, I will be trying the new Culver's Curdburger which is making its debut in mid-October. The burger—a fried cheese curd between a bun—was originally an April Fool's joke now turned into a real menu item. I will be sure to provide you all with a review once I get my paws on it.
