GREENDALE, WI — Greendale Fire Department has two new firefighters on the force. They were sworn in Monday morning. Ryan Haak and Jordan Platek were both brought on board with a ceremony and oath in front of the American flag, the Greendale Fire Department posted on Facebook. The new faces come on board after a rigorous review process of EMT certifications and other requirements. "Welcome to the team!" the department wrote. Platek and Haak are seen in the middle of the photo below. "Welcome to Greendale Firefighter Haak and Firefighter Platek! Thank you for your service!" one person commented.
