Looking for someone with good painting experience. $30 per hour starting or sub contract/ by job - Hourly rate will depend on experience and quality of work or pay per job. Must have own transportation and be responsible and dependable. Prefer someone who lives in OAKLAND, SF or near Sf We are looking to hire part time for sure and potentially full time. We are a maintenance company in SF. We have many small jobs and are looking for someone who is responsible dependable and has a very good skills mostly in painting but handyman work as well. Big plus and more likely to get hired if you have the following skills: - basic plumbing - sheetrock/drywall - basic electrical - painting - laminate floor install We are looking to hire immediately for the right person. Most work in San Francisco but also in Marin County as well, Please contact me or send me your resume.
