LONG BEACH, NY — October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the city of Long Beach is offering free screenings. The NuHealth/NUMC Mammography van will park at Long Beach City Hall on Oct. 14. Appointments are required and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, the city of Long Beach posted on its website.
