Our HOA Management company is looking for Maintenance Personnel! Work locations for this position are primarily located in the Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park areas. Maintenance: Hourly Rate: $25-$35/HR (Hourly rate subject to change depending on experience) We are looking for stable, reliable people that can communicate well and who are looking for constant work. You will be hired as a 1099 Independent Contractor, we are willing to pay for liability insurance for the right person. This is a full time job with up to 40 hours per week.
