Today's top story: Ortiz Shooting Suspect Killed The woman injured in a Sept. 14 hit-and-crash in West Yarmouth died Tuesday, according to police. Police identified the victim as Welton Willis-Gregory. "The men and women of the Yarmouth Police Department offer our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Welton Willis-Gregory," Yarmouth police said in a statement. Police said the crash happened sometime before 9:3o p.m., outside the Howard Johnson Motel at 226 Route 28. Emergency officials rushed to the motel, gave Willis-Gregory first aid and took her to Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, before airlifting her to a Boston hospital.
