Authentic Taekwon-Do, not that watered down stuff, every Tues and Thurs in the Park! No Contracts, No Obligations. Free for a Week! Exclusively for ages 3-7! Lil' Dragons learn everything from their right to left to what is right from wrong.  We encourage games that focus on coordination, strength and comradery.  Lil' Dragons learn very quickly the importance of "listening ears" and the benefits of self-discipline.  Students make new friends, have fun and learn valuable techniques.   Moms, Dads and Grandparents are welcome to train with their kids or utilize park amenities. Stretch or train with us, walk the park trails, use the tennis or basket ball courts, take younger siblings on the playground, or utilize the outdoor exercise equipment. Students empower themselves with real life skills. Each class is interesting and educational. There is a world of science behind technique that is explained in detail so our Lil' Dragons understand why they are executing technique, not just how! Our program comes with very little downtime so be ready to train!  Self-Defense, patterns, kicking, blocking, strengthening, stretch exercises, board-breaking, step-sparring and more are all part of this curriculum.  Director/Chief Instructor is Master Michelle Golino-Crisco: More info visit: www.FLTKD.com Master G has been involved in martial arts since 1980! She is a Certified International Instructor, 2x Women's USA Team Champion (1989, 2003) and Taekwon-Do school owner since 1997. She is a 2nd generation TKD student having trained under the founder and his highest-ranking students. Her patience speaks for itself and anyone can see Master G loves children and watching them grow to be their best selves. Master Golino-Crisco has studied and instructed authentic Taekwon-Do (ITF) and self-defense for over 40 years. Master G. has undergone trauma training and is quite passionate about EMPOWERING WOMEN when faced with unwanted advances, domestic abuse or attack. She offers private and corporate workshops.
