Arts Forward and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chattanooga launch a new Young Artists Mentorship Program! Arts Forward is announcing an artist mentorship program in collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chattanooga. The program starts with a call for artist mentors from Chattanooga’s arts community, including artists working in multimedia, music, the performing arts, and visual arts. The initial event is a recruiting session to establish the roster of artist mentors, who will participate in training before being paired with young aspiring artists in the Chattanooga community. SoundCorps is a 501c(3) nonprofit dedicated to growing the music economy in the Chattanooga region. Established in early 2015, we devote our energies to building local music industry infrastructure and professional expertise through ongoing programs, events and initiatives.
