After a decade of working for a large fitness company and nationally supporting club grand openings as well as providing education to the trainers she moved to opening her own business to support women and moms after personal experiences and things she was consistently hearing from clients. Brooke coaches and mentors women to feel their best in their skin and mind through focuses on hormonal health, nutrition, mindset work, movement, and lifestyle/wellness components. She runs the Balanced Body program which is an all encompassing program to truly help you make the shift you need into feeling aligned in your body and life! In 2021 she tripled her business and the women she impacted and truly believes when you feel your best in your skin you can show up your best for yourself, your family, work, and every aspect of your life. Brooke will be dropping all the detes on how to show up best in your business! New to small business and looking for connection?
