Intro to Ayurveda w/ Kimberly This class will introduce participants to the basic principles of the 5,000 year old healing system of Ayurveda. We’ll also cover yoga, meditation, and learn about the three primary mind-body types (Doshas) and, if desired, participants will take a short test to determine theirs.
