A hands-on shooting workshop where you will learn how to stage, light and shoot amazing Dramatic Fine Art Portraits. I am thrilled to be hosting Jennifer Gershon for a one-day, hands on portrait shooting workshop at the Photo Loft, in North Wales. This workshop will be extensively hands-on. Every attendee will be shooting, working with lights and props, working with our models, and creating really unique, fun images! We're also inviting our really creative models to have some fun with some spooky Halloween-inspired costumes or makeup! The workshop will be working with Godox lights. If you have your own controller for Godox, you are invited to bring it. We will also have extra controllers for all of the most popular camera brands on hand to lend you, if you need them. We will also be providing a wide array of different lighting modifiers, v-flats, reflectors, GOBOs, fabrics, pieces of furniture, clothing items... it's going to be an amazing shoot! The space where we will be hosting this event is a magnificent 2700 square foot photo studio. For anyone who hasn't shot in a studio before, this will be a delightful space to experience! We will provide a light lunch, and will have coffee and soda available for everyone. If you have any special dietary needs, just let us know, and we'll make sure to have something for you. Your time at the studio will be spent shooting and creating. Then, there will be a follow-up session via Zoom where Jennifer will show some post processing tips and tricks for further refining and preparing your favorite images. The Zoom session will be arranged with the participants, at the shoot.
