Property World 2 is looking for experienced and diligent shovelers, plow truck drivers, and skid steer operators to join our seasonal snow removal team. You must be comfortable operating snow removal equipment, such as plows, skid-steers, and blowers. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients’ exterior safe and looking beautiful, so our team works in various types of weather conditions and performs maintenance duties to ensure employee safety during inclement weather by removing debris, snow, and ice from communal walkways and spaces. This is a seasonal, sub-contracted job. Hours vary based on weather. Snow Removal Equipment Operator Duties and Responsibilities -Remove snow from industrial parking lot/customer areas, including lots, sidewalks, etc. -Properly store and handle all equipment, tools, etc. -Properly maintain equipment. Snow Removal Equipment Operator Requirements and Qualifications -At least 18 years old. -Previous experience in industrial snow removal is a plus. -Previous snow removal equipment maintenance is a plus. -Must know how to operate snow removal equipment, such as plows, skid-steers, and blowers. -Must pass a background check. -Able to sit for long periods of time. -Able to shovel and do manual snow removal. -Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation (based on experience) Shoveler: $15.50-20/hr Plow Truck Driver: $20-25/hr Skid Steer Operator: $25-30/hr $250 sign-on bonus!
