Press release from Littleton 6 School District: 09.29.21 For the first time in almost four decades, Littleton Public Schools opened two brand new, beautiful schools this fall: Dr. Justina Ford Elementary School and Newton Middle School. National Recognition for Excellence in Design Dr. Justina Ford Elementary School and Newton Middle School are both being featured in American School & University magazine's Architectural Portfolio. Ford is being recognized for outstanding elementary school design, and Newton is receiving the same recognition in the middle school category. This is a nationwide publication with around 57,000 subscribers, so this is a tremendous honor for our schools, and well-deserved recognition for the architects and designers, the Design Advisory Groups, and all the teams who came together to make these beautiful schools a reality and a wonderful place for students to learn. Ribbon Cuttings Both schools held ribbon cutting ceremonies on Friday, September 24, 2021.
