AUSTIN, TX — Austin police have identified a 30-year-old man as the prime suspect in a Sept. 16 homicide and are seeking the public's help to find him. Detectives have issued a first-degree murder warrant with a $1 million bond for Frank Nobles in the death of 20-year-old Iyanna Jahnee Dukes. The man remains at-large, police said Wednesday. On Thursday, Sept. 16, police received a 911 call for a shots fired at the 1500 block of Reagan Hill Drive. When officers arrived, they found a woman with a gunshot wound unresponsive on the ground. She was later identified as Dukes, officials said. Through an autopsy report, the Travis County Medical Examiner's office determined the 20-year-old's death was caused by gunshot and ruled her death a homicide. Authorities believed the two knew each other.
