Some jokingly refer to it as "Mootopia." But one Fort Worth designer is trying to break that stereotype and shine a spotlight on the city's overlooked fashion scene. Yes, Fort Worth has a fashion scene. Phillip Maximilian will host the launch party Saturday for his upcoming high-end fashion event: Fort Worth Fashion Week.
