Concrete Cutting in Basements

I need someone who can saw cut concrete 2-3 times a month from my client's home. All cuts will be 12 inches wide, and length will vary from 2ft to 6ft and, in some cases, longer. This is so the plumbers can do their rough-in. You need to have your own saw, fans and remove the concrete when completed, so the basement looks nice and clean. Please give me an idea of how you charge and how soon you can start. Any additional info about you and or your company will be great. You must be insured, and I will need a copy of it.
