—-Band of seasoned pro musicians is seeking an experienced bass player. —We’re reforming the band (players left during covid) —Styles Include:: older Classic Rock (but not heavy metal or hard rock); Blues; Funky Blues; some older R&B/Funk and Soul (Motown); and a bit of southern and country rock —Seeking someone reliable; easy going;; with good gear and transportation; no drug, alcohol or drama; no smoking (including pot at rehearsals or gigs - we’re allergic to it) —We’re all vaccinated; seek someone who is too. —We’re not interested in hired guns or someone playing in numerous bands, as it makes scheduling rehearsals and gigs very difficult —We have gigs in the works and will of course be booking more. If you need or expect a band that is gigging a lot right this minute, we’re not the band for you. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a good band and willing to put some rehearsal time in. —If you’re a Trump supporter, this band is not for you. —-If interested, reply with any and all relevant information about your music and playing experience and music history AND —-Include a demo of you playing; it doesn’t need to be fancy - we just need something that we can hear your playing. (Unfortunately if you don’t or can’t provide a demo of you playing, we won’t contact you back. Every seasoned musician at this stage of the game should have some kind of demo.) —And include your contact phone number - without it, when Craigslist ads expire (and they do frequently and pretty quickly), without your contact phone number -there will be no way to contact you via their message system. —We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
