Have you been looking for a brick and mortar store or "booth" to sell your art, antiques, collectibles, and upcycled products? We are forming a new co-op called Park Hill Treasures, with over 2700 square feet of retail space at Colfax and Krameria. Seeking applications from local artists and vendors of pre-owned collectibles, antiques, vintage clothing and gifts can rent spaces from a "shelf" up to a 12 x 12 space. Optional rent credit in exchange for time working in the store under supervision of store manager. Exposed ceiling, polished concrete floors, parking, restrooms, POS software. Additionally, there will be opportunities to rent storage space in basement. Tentative opening date - October 29. Discounted rent rate for first 3 months. Contact via email for more information.
