This job is physically difficult, but not a killer. No screaming supervisor, no slackers hiding while they play on their phone. Basically, we try to laugh as much as possible. Beats the heck out of griping and arguing. We're an established, growing company and need some labor. We'll teach you a trade if you care to learn. Christian environment. REAL JOB, not a 1099 Full Time Vacations, paid Holidays Mainly shovel work, carrying heavy things etc. All outside work. You DO need to be in shape, have work boots and a good attitude. M-F 6:30 to 3, not much O.T., Saturdays are rare to work. Most of our work is in Bham, and we usually meet on a job site. You need a vehicle, good I.D., English and legal to work in USA. We are a landscape irrigation company, if you've worked directional bores, outside electrical or plumbing this is comparable. We have a group of no drama, hard-working men, looking for some more.
