The property to be discussed is located at 1893 East Aurora Road, Permanent Parcel #64-06420 and is located in an I-2, Limited Industrial District. Private recreational facilities may be permitted per Section 1151.05 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing.
