DARIEN, IL — Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
Burglary
A house in the 1500 block of Lakeview Drive was burglarized between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. July 9. A number of items and $80 in cash were stolen. The crime was reported Sept. 20. Theft
A person at Dry Dock Inn bar, 1125 N. Frontage Road, informed police that someone stole his black iPhone valued at $800 between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Friday. DUI
Eduardo Linares, 30, of Burr Ridge, was arrested about 1 a.m. Friday in the 7600 block of Cass Avenue on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with expired plates and speeding. He was taken to the DuPage County Sheriff's Office. Ahmed Choudry, 25, of Downers Grove, was arrested about 2 a.m. Sept. 22 in the 1700 block of Plainfield Road on charges of aggravated DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a traffic control device. He was released and given a date to appear in court. Driving violations
Freddie Parsons, age unavailable, of Willowbrook, was arrested about 1:30 p.m. Friday in the 7500 block of Lyman Avenue on charges of driving with a suspended license and disobeying a traffic control signal. He was also wanted on a DuPage County warrant charging failure to appear. He was released and given a date to appear in court. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
