Join us for a six session course on intentional living. The class mixes motivational and social psychology with other social sciences and philosophies to provide an overview of various tools you can use to better understand:
1) your own actions, reactions, interactions, and motivations
2) the actions, reactions, interactions, and motivations of others
In order to develop:
1) more authentic connections to yourself, to others, and to the world around you
2) goals that align more with who you intend to be
3) habits that support those goals
To register, go to the website:

then:
1) Click on “Browse Activities” (or on any of the pictured categories)
2) In the ‘activity type’ box scroll down to “GENERAL INTEREST”
3) Click on search
4) Intentional Living Workshop should be the first result
5) Click the ‘+’ sign to the left of the specific sessions you want to attend
(either 6 Saturdays in a row or 3 Mondays and 3 Wednesdays).
6) Scroll down to the bottom of your screen, click “Add to Cart”
7) Follow instructions for checking out.
