EPIC dance party top 40 cover, themed band forming, playing nothing but the hits from the 70's and 80's and even some current hits. Focusing on dancable Rock, R&b, Pop and current hits. Think MTV from the 80's and more. So far we have a drummer and a keyboard/synth player(me, with VERY pro gear), (doubling on guitar) but we will need lead and rhythm guitar and a lead singer, male or female. Singer MUST have that FRONTMAN/person quality and know how to entertain a crowd. If you cannot get through a gig without an IPAD in front of you, (for charts or lyrics), this probably isn't the band for you, especially the lead singer. Professionalism is required but the ability to have fun will be too. Any age is ok and we are currently in our 40's and 50's. Our goal is to play the big gigs, private partys, corporate events, festivals, casinos, resorts, weddings etc..however, this level won't be achieved overnight but rather after paying dues in bars and gaining a following etc. Also...we are doing this for fun mostly and not for the money. We have day jobs and therefore, won't be doing any touring longer than a weekend.
