Property Management firm looking to fill in full time Maintenance Technician positions. Experience required in carpentry and painting. Duties include general maintenance and repairs, roof repairs, performing inspections, preparing and completing work tickets, assessments of damages for repairs, hauling construction debris/bulk trash and take it to landfill, responding to 24/7 emergencies. Candidate MUST BE RELIABLE, should not be afraid of heights, be able to physically handle manual labor, be able to lift over 70 pounds, possess time management skills and can complete other task as assigned. Should be able to work both independently and with someone. Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record. If interested, must email resume and start date if offered a position.
