We are looking for a Shipping/Receiving, Material Handler specialist that is interfacing with other team members. This job has a nice variety of activities and plays an important role here at Macs4U. Responsibilities: - Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material - Arrange appropriate transportation of products - Assemble packaging, address, stamp, and ship orders. - Count and check in/ out inventory while maintaining proper inventory count What we are looking for in a candidate: - Inventory experience, a plus but not needed - Previous experience in shipping, logistics, a plus but not needed - Ability to handle an average package of 6 pounds, few items going up to 30 pounds - Ability to prioritize - Organizational skills, motivated Benefits/General information: - Position starts out as contractor and switches to employee status after three months. - Typical office hours range from 9:00/9:30am to 5:30/6:00pm, Monday through Friday. - We try to limit the amount of overtime unlike many other places where you work too many hours. Work and home balance are important. - We pay 100% for your health insurance premium (full time team members) - No prior training needed, we will train job specific. - We have a huge space with new AC and Heating system, high ceilings and team members sit approximately than 15 feet apart at minimum.
