Weekend help with house projects

Looking to hire a few people, already working/employed and are good at what they do, who have some free-time and are wanting to make extra cash on the side helping me tackle a laundry list of house projects at an hourly rate we can agree to: Ideally you would work an evening, day or weekend you have free. Some of the projects I have in mind: - Fix/replace flickering light fixture - Install light fixtures - Replace electrical outlets - Re-grout tile - Install bath fan - Replace some drywall - Do some work on the front lawn - Replace aluminum wire with cooper Let me know your expertise, samples of your work, reference, what your rate and availability would be. If things are looking promising, we can go ahead and schedule a small paid work day one one of the projects then you can quote me or give me a schedule of how long it might take to finish. I'm looking at this as way to save money instead of hiring a company outright because I would like to be a second hand and learn from your expertise.
