Need Plumber with Inspection Camera

I recently removed the subfloor in my building and found a drainage pipe coming from the outside of the building, underground, and terminating inside my building. Water is coming through when it rains. Looking for someone with a good quality borescope/inspection camera/endoscope/lidar pipe tool to come diagnose where this old pipe is coming from and help me figure out what we can do to redirect the water. Pipe is eight-inch ceramic.
