Looking for a new home for my foster cat, his name is Otis. He would do a best in the home that can afford to neuter him. I'm rehoming him because I don't have the money. He is the most wonderful cat. He is super sweet and affectionate. He loves other cats and can adjust to dogs if given enough time.
