Job Specifications, Overview & Requirements: We are looking to hire, full-time, long-term trimmers for: trimming, other cultivation jobs, and for the packaging & handling of hemp products! The expectations for day-to-day operations are included, but not limited to: - Ensuring production quotas are met in a TIMELY fashion while maintaining the highest standard of safety and quality with all work - Punctuality is necessary, looking for people who are dedicated, want the work, will be there on time, to all shifts scheduled - Maintaining a clean and organized work space - Consistently producing quality products - Sanitation and clean up of work area throughout the day - Adhering/Complying/Reporting to the worksite Manager and Owner, fulfilling duties as asked and with efficiency - Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background screening - Must be at least 21 years of age - Must be able to sit for long periods of time - We are looking to begin hiring immediately!
