• Assists in assigning jobs and maintaining appropriate job mix to assure smooth work flow through Operations and Production. • Review individual ROs. • Interview and make hiring recommendations for prospective employees to determine best applicant for position based on skills, knowledge, and abilities required to perform the job. • Assure production environment is safe and clean • Ensure on-time delivery for all ROs. • Perform ongoing inspection of work in progress. REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to apply knowledge of collision repair principles. • Skill in analyzing and interpreting workload data. • Accuracy in working with large amounts of data. • Strong communication skills • Attention to quality and timeliness of work product • Ability to supervise and motivate personnel. • Must possess excellent organizational skills.
