AFFINITY Study for Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

Have you been diagnosed with IgAN, FSGS, Alport syndrome or DKD? This study will evaluate atrasentan, an investigational medication, that has potential to reduce protein in the urine and preserve kidney function in patients with chronic kidney disease. You may qualify for the study if you are: • Age 18 and older • On a stable, optimized dose of an ACE inhibitor or ARB for 12 weeks or more • Have not received a kidney transplant • Have certain amounts of elevated protein in your urine and one of the following diagnoses: o Biopsy-confirmed IgAN o Biopsy-confirmed or genetic diagnosis of FSGS o Genetic diagnosis of Alport Syndrome o DKD and also taking an SGLT2 inhibitor Chinook is committed to reducing financial barriers to clinical trial participation. Where allowed by local regulations, participants will be reimbursed for trial-related expenses.
