My name is David and I live in Arizona now but was born and raised in San Diego. My father was a retired navy veteran (MM) who was diagnosed with mesothelioma and passed away in 2013. When he was sick, he told me one of his dreams was to sail up the coast and take pictures. I would like to full fill this for him but I don’t even know where to start and how much it would cost to charter a boat. Any information or direction would be helpful.
