Our mission is to help seniors in our community learn about resources to promote independence and quality of life. Call our intake department today to see how we can connect you, your friend, your neighbor, or a loved one to the necessary resources. We can help connect you to housing, in home care, caregiver support, food, transportation, the list of resources are nearly endless. We are open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
