German Shepherd Puppy needs home ASAP

Bear is a 4 month old German shepherd. He's very sweet and almost potty trained. As long as you take him out frequently he has minimal accidents. He's been around other dogs and cats. I am having too many problems with my neighbor after getting him (exp. last night he got out of the yard, she was upset). He just wanted the food she feeds the strays. He's UPTD on shots. He's an awesome dog and it breaks my heart to let him go 💔 Someone that is active, likes to walk/hike. Someone that loves cuddles and watching tv. He is a purebred AKC registered shepherd so I will be asking a rehoming fee. A backyard is preferred. He loves other dogs and cats. He would make anyone lucky to have him!
