Working at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale/Arrowhead - As a key member of our Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale/Arrowhead team, Our Technician is extremely knowledgeable on new and upcoming Mercedes-Benz vehicle selection, AMG performance, efficiency, safety, features and functions, and options. The Mercedes Automotive / Diesel Technician confidently diagnoses customer concerns, repair it right the first time and is self-motivated. In addition, our Mercedes Automotive / Diesel Technician is expected to maintain an ongoing relationship/communication with our customers in order to encourage networking and repeat business. The ideal Mercedes Automotive / Diesel Technician candidate will have a minimum high school diploma/GED, a proven diesel and European mechanical experience, professional appearance and your own tools. Qualifications 1 years minimum Technician experience Sprinter Technician experience a plus Mercedes-Benz Technician experience a plus High School diploma Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Learns quickly Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Team player Must have a valid driver’s license Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner Ability to identify problems quickly Math, reading, and computer skills Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment What We Offer Relocation option for the right candidate 401K Paid holidays Paid vacation Full benefits package Closed Sunday, 5-6 day work week with Saturdays only 8am-Noon Team environment $20-$35 per hour DOE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
