Am looking for a reliable worker to help me finish remodeling a house. May be asked to paint, sand, touch up sheet rock, reorganize garage, replace a toilet, repair fence, etc. I'm skilled and a perfectionist but need help about one day a week. Need someone willing to listen to what owner wants and experiment with ideas. Will negotiate a cash day rate with you, 7 hr day.
