Full-time maintenance technician for a busy apartment rental business, 5 years EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Our maintenance team is responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of our properties, completing service calls, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, preventative maintenance tasks, as well as property & grounds maintenance. Applicants must produce quality work and have the ability to work independently. Applicants must be reliable and show up to work on-time daily. Ideally, this position would rotate on-call duties with other techs in the future. Valid driver's license required. Shift is typically Mon-Fri 8:30a-4:30p with a willingness to stay late on a rare occasion there is an emergency.
