Local Residential Property Management Company seeking to add a Roving Maintenance Technician to its team. Responsible for regularly scheduled routine visits to properties in the Portland Metro area to perform general upkeep of interior and exterior common areas. Minimal experience required, basic mechanical knowledge helpful. Entry level position with opportunities to grow within the company. Responsibilities include: Minor exterior building and grounds upkeep Power washing and leaf blowing Assisting with appliance deliveries Posting of resident notices Smoke detector replacements Required Qualifications: Must demonstrate high attention to detail and be able to work well with minimal supervision Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb a 7 foot ladder, and work in all weather conditions Must be legally authorized work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation after conditional job offer Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle (pick-up truck or SUV is preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour
