Description
Property Management company is seeking experienced, professional Maintenance Technicians for its busy and stable maintenance division. Office is located in Woodland Hills and repair jobs are assigned throughout the SF Valley and surrounding LA areas. Single and multi-family (apartments) and commercial maintenance.
Skills Required:
Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling, drywall and stucco repair
Good communication skills
Ability to work as a team
Maintain a professional demeanor
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Responding in a timely manner to apartment and commercial building repair work orders
Frequent communication with Supervisor, Apartment Managers and Office Schedulers
Attend weekly staff meetings in Woodland Hills office
Preparation of maintenance work order forms upon completion of each assignment
Shopping for supplies and materials as needed
Preparing vacant units for rental status from start to finish (make ready)
