TJR Resources, Inc is looking for Subcontractors to bid the Matsui Park Access (Area A) Project project for the City of Sacramento and SHRA. If you are interested in bidding email Tom for any questions and to obtain project specs/plans. The deadline for bids is 10/6/2021 @ 3 PM. Possible subcontracting trades include landscaping, electrical & surveying.
This contract is subject to Federa1 labor standards, CA Labor Code including but not limited to Sec. 1771, 1774, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 & 1815, compliance monitoring & enforcement by SHRA and the Dep. of lndustrial Relations (DIR), affirmative action requirements, Section 3 Requirements of the Hud Act of 1968, the Davis-Bacon Act, and Minority & Women. Owned Business Enterprise Standards.
This is a Public Works project. Per Cal. State Labor Code Sec. 1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the perfonnance of any contract public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered & qualified to perforn public work pursuant to Sec. 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is subject to compliance monitoring & enforcement by the Dept Of Individual Relations (DIR).
All subcontractors shall comply with the rates of wages currently established by the Director of Industrial Relations under provisions of Sections 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California. Electronic Web submittal of Labor Compliance Reports is effective May 1, 2007. Each contractor and every lower-tier subcontractor is required to submit certified payrolls and labor compliance documentation electronically at the discretion of and in the manner specified by the City of Sacramento.
