I do not know much about balancing government budgets and I am not going to pretend that I do. I could not tell you if the proposed plan is a good one or not. but what I DO know is that senators are elected/hired to represent the people. 80% of Senator Mansion's constituents (the people that he was elected to represent) want him to pass the bill. But Mansion chooses to go rogue and chase his own agenda rather than doing the job that he was hired to do. That is just bad politics. We should fear any elected official who does not represent the majority of the people. This is true for Dem ocrats like Joe mansion as well as Republicans like Donald Trump. Every government official must represent their majority at all times. that is what democracy is all about. The majority rules. Rogue leaders should not be tolerated.
