Our client located in Caldwell, ID is seeking Mold Machine Operators to start immediately. Benefits (Express offers benefits from the first day of employment!) • Medical, Vision, and Dental • Life Insurance • 401(k) • Referral bonuses! • WEEKLY direct deposit Schedule: Monday to Friday Days 7:00am-3:30pm Swing 3:30pm-12am Pay: $13.00-$15.00/hour Position: Machine operator A machine operator will operate molding equipment, removes plastic parts from the molds and inspects them for holes or parts that are not molded properly and will adheres to all factory safety guidelines and standards at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Remove parts out of the molds at the beginning of their shift, take the extra plastic off using a router, •Check the vent tubes making sure that they’re clean. •Put powder in the mold and close it using vise grips before the mold goes back into the oven and starts the next cycle. •Monitor equipment to ensure that products are being molded properly. •Make sure that their work station is clean and free of tools, vise grips or excessive water or powder on the floor. •Wear safety gear such as glasses, gloves and ear plugs. •Immediately report issues or problems to their immediate supervisor or production manager. Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities •Ability to carry buckets with powder up to 50 Lbs •Ability to understand the structure and function of production equipment. •Ability to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment. •Ability to stand, walk and lift throughout their shift with no restrictions. •Ability to pay close attention to detail. •Familiar with safety procedures and guidelines. •Ability to use tools (chisel or impact gun) safely and effectively. • Must be efficient and manage time effectively.
