Hello and welcome to Arrowhead Roof Cleaning and Exteriors.    We are looking to add another teammate to our company to grow with us and learn a great skill in the cleaning industry. I am not looking to hire someone who "Just needs a job" I am looking for a teammate to grow with in my company for a long time! THIS WORK IS VERY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING! What we expect from our new teammate is a few things:  1. Drivers license is a must! (Do not contact add if you do not have a license) 2. NOT AFRAID OF HEIGHTS OR LADDERS! We clean extremely steep roofs as well as we are always on 2+ story houses each week.  This work is dangerous! If you are at all scared of heights I can not hire you! 3. Have a great sense of paying attention to detail.  4. Someone who works hard.....Even when the work we do is hard, I expect someone who is on our team to show our company you still work hard on the hard jobs we do.  5. Clean and sober! I do not want someone on my crew who is excited about getting to Friday to get wasted all weekend and come to work the next week. This is a very EXTREMELY DANGEROUS job and a clear head is needed. Also this can cause your fellow coworkers to have to carry your wait!  6. NO SMOKING WHAT SO EVER IN MY WORK TRUCKS OR ON THE JOB! No Vapes, No cigarettes, No weed.  7. A good attitude. If you are having a bad day before work leave it at your house. We do not need that type of energy in our company! We are a positive team and we are always about uplifting positive energy.  8. No experience needed but is highly preferred as I will teach you how I want my jobs done. If you have experience in this field you will learn my methods on how I would like my jobs cleaned.  9. Good customer service skills. Our clients mean a lot to us! A bad review caused by you that isn't an accident will result in termination.  10. Reliable! I need to know that when I hire you I can count on you! You need your own transportation to make it to work! We will not pick you up. What to expect from our company!  1. We work year round. Expected hours per week are 30-40 and sometimes overtime. We do get down time. Upon interview we will explain.  2. Pay advancement. Ill move you up quick if you bring the same work ethic as we do when working! The faster you learn and get experience the faster I will move you up in pay! 3. A good attitude. 4. We provide all equipment to work efficiently.  5. Full training.  6. Paid lunch meetings and bonuses time to time.  If you are looking for an honest day's pay for an honest day's work, this is where you will grow and be paid along the way. We have a 90 day trial period to see if you fit in good with this occupation. This is not a guaranteed position. After 90 days we will know if you are a right fit as well as if you think you will be the right fit as well.  Our pay starts at $17 an hour for the first 90 days. After the 90 days you will get a raise to $19 if you are showing signs of being a true team player and growing. Once I see that you are showing our company loyalty and great work after 6 months you will be raised to $20.
